​How to help

Really, we should say Projects, since we have quite a lot going on! There's lot of ways to get on board and lend a helping hand. First, we never refuse good help! We do all sorts of exciting and varied programs that there's sure to be one or more that perks your interest. Project CURE The World has two main areas of focus. First, providing exciting, experiential expressive arts activities for individuals with special needs. And second, to ITP - Increase The Peace! In this regard, we do a variety of meaningful programs to foster racial harmony in today's global village. There's lots of way you can help out. We never refuse good help!  So if you'd like to volunteer and come to one or more of our events, please get in touch. As you will see from checking out this site, there's lots going on. So get involved. There are also opportunities to support our activities and specific projects. Thanks in advance for your awesome support!



Award winner

Project CURE has won all sorts of civic and educational awards. For our community work, we've received the John Lindsay Peace Award, the Mother Hale Award, the Dr. MLK, Jr. Fulfilling The Dream Award, and several more. In the realm of special education, our director Dr. Laz, has received the 2007 Arts Teacher of the Year from the Broward County Public Schools - the nation's 6th largest school district. He was one of five special educators throughout the entire country to be inducted into the National Teachers Hall of Fame in 2008. Dr. Laz & Project CURE have been featured on more than a dozen TV specials, and received national & international media attention.
